Governance

Penair School became a Single Academy Trust in March 2011.  In accordance with its Articles of Association its governance structure incorporates both Members and Governors, meeting the requirements of both company law and charity law.

All governors, including the Chair of the Board, can be contacted via the Governance Professional: swood@penair.cornwall.sch.uk.  Meeting minutes are also available for inspection by contacting the Governance Professional.
