Meet the Team

Mrs Daly – My role within our dedicated SEND department is Inclusive Manager. In my role I assist in the promotion, direction and oversight of high standards of teaching and learning, pupil achievement and progression through effective provision for pupils with inclusion and SEND needs. I attended Penair School myself, I very much enjoyed the arts and theatre, as an adult that passion has continued. I enjoy our beautiful surroundings here in Cornwall and make the most of our countryside and beach walks with my family.

Miss Harvey-James – Within our Inclusion Team, my role is the Learning Inclusion Manager, in which I support pupils who may face barriers to learning, ensuring inclusive practice across the school. By working closely with staff, families and external services, my role helps every child feel valued, supported and able to succeed. When in school I loved PE, which is a passion I have bought into my adult life, of which I enjoy paddleboarding, long coastal walk and cycling to name just a few.

Miss Mackenzie – Hello, I am Miss Mackenzie, a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant and Autism champion with a strong passion to inclusion, pupil wellbeing, and supporting children to achieve their full potential. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, paddleboarding, and relaxing with a cup of tea in the sun.

I like cooking but am better at cooking savoury dishes rather than sweet treats (I prefer eating the sweet treats though). I moved to Cornwall in 2021 from Northamptonshire.

Mrs Kuzmenko – I’m a proud Ukrainian and mum of three who loves cooking for others and bringing people together. For my wellbeing, I stay active with weekly parkruns and Zumba, which keep me energised. I’m passionate about seeing students grow, and their progress and achievements truly inspire me.
