Carlos Howard

Carlos joined our board in December 2023 and is our link Governor for Stakeholder Engagement, which focuses on how our school engages with pupils, parents, staff and the community. He brings with him over 20 years of operational leadership experience that has spanned financial services, construction and the legal sector; specialising in people, process and stakeholder management.

Carlos has three children attending Penair School, with his youngest joining as part of the September 2024 cohort and his eldest in the final year of their GCSE’s. Having lived and worked in the Truro area for the last 30 years, Carlos has a deep-rooted interest in seeing the local community grow.
